- All tickets purchased through the online ticket office are prepaid and date specific.
- The quantities of tickets available daily are limited.
- Taxes are not included.
- Rates subject to change without notice.
- Ticket printing is done using the QR code sent via the confirmation email.
PURCHASING POLICY: Tickets purchased are non-refundable. 1. In case of cancellation or change of product:
- Up to 3 days (72 hours) before the first day of use: a credit for future will be issued free of charge.
- Within 3 days (72 hours) before the first day of intended use: no cancellation or modification possible and no credit.
In the event that you answer yes to any of the situations described below, a credit for future use of the value of your order will be issued. An administration fee of $ 25 per transaction will be payable.
- You, a family member, or a member of your travel party has tested positive for COVID-19 or has been in contact with someone showing symptoms related to COVID-19.
- If travel is prohibited by public health between the country / province / region visited and the country / province / region of origin.
- Whether there is a mandatory quarantine requirement when traveling between countries / provinces (arrivals and / or departure).
- Credit is non-transferable (cannot be transferred between people).
